The Church of St. Lorenzo Vecchio is located in front of the Saracen Gulf, which, was once an ancient port and it dates back before the 12th century. It is the home of the Monk convent of Lerino that was ruined in 1127 and restored in 1948 after it was destroyed by WWII bombings. Another artistic religious building is the Baroque Parish Church of St. Lorenzo built between 1624 and 1637.
