Located in the suggestive scenery of Durazzo-Pallavicini Manson-house and surrounded by one of the most important historical Genoese Park, stands the Ligurian Archaeological Museum. It offers a look at the Past, from the giant bears that lived in the caves more than 80.000 years ago to the most important Roman cities in Liguria. On display there are some of the most rich and better preserved Palaeolithic burials all over Europe, the famous and particular ?Prince of the Arene Candide?, but also a lot of finds coming from West Ligurian coast?s caves.
