Vermentino Diano Castello
A dry white wine produced from grapes of the same name, also known by the name of large Malvasia, Carbesso or Carbes. Straw yellow in colour; with a delicate aroma, characteristic with hints of herbs and wild flowers, light hints of honey, woody resin and yellow peach; a dry taste but delicately soft, tasty, with a discreet structure, at times slightly warm, continuous, with a pleasantly bitter base.It is suitable for accompanying a vast range of dishes such as seafood hors d`oeuvres and stuffed vegetables enhancing their aroma and mixed flavours.
